If you want to find out how “pure” your whey protein is, just divide the grams of protein by the total gram serving size. For example, if a protein label lists 25grams of protein in a 31gram serving size, your product is 80% protein. 80% protein may be “ok” for the average person, if you like being average.

This cold ultra-filtration method prevents the denaturing of the protein and yields a very highly bioactive whey protein isolate (92-95%).
