Everyone wants that six pack abs and not a lot of people know how to get them

Crunches will contour your core

  • crunches alone won’t do the trick. you need to train obliques ( the muscles on the side of your waist) and transverse  abdominis ( the muscles that run horizontally across your stomach)

Upper and lower abs should be trained separately

  • You can’t isolate specific areas of your abs so do a variety of ab exercises to properly train your core

Diet plays an important role

  • I like to say abs are made in the kitchen 80% diet 20% workout
