Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe - ProSupps Kitchen Corner

Pancakes never tasted so healthy! Not only are these delicious, they are also high on protein and super easy to make! In this recipe I used ProSupps TC-F Isolate and a few easy ingredients that most of you already have in your pantry. Follow these simple step by step instructions and you will have the perfect Sunday morning breakfast.

Ingredients for the pancake:

  • 1 scoop PS Isolate Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 Cup (113g) Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup (40g) quick oats -dry
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 packets sweetener (I use stevia)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/4 cup water

Topping Ingredients:

  • 5oz (whole sliced and peeled) Gala Apple
  • 2 packets sweetener
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • Water about 1/2 Cup

Place topping ingredients in sauce pan and add enough water to cover apples. I usually do this on medium heat to cook the apples while my pancakes are on the skillet.  Once the apples soften put heat on low to keep warm. *you can serve as is or add in some sugar free pancake syrup.

For Pancakes put all ingredients into a blender to make a smooth batter. Add water in last so you can check the texture of your batter, you may need to add more or less. I cook mine on a skillet at 300°.
