30-Minute, At-Home Workout by Allison Frahn

ATTENTION: All you busy people out there, we know how hectic life can get! So, if you can't make it to the gym, here's a quick workout that you can do right in your very own home! All you need are a few objects from around your home to get started - so get to it and get those happy endorphins flowing!

30 MINUTE AT-HOME WORKOUT CIRCUIT

  • 10 PUSHUPS
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

  • 10 DIPS
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

  • 10 BICEP CURLS (use water gallons, soup cans, or whatever objects you can find!)
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

  • 10 JUMP SQUATS (use a mop or broom handle for support if you wish!)
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

  • 10 SHOULDER PRESSES (use water gallons, soup cans, or whatever objects you can find!)
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

  • 10 BENT OVER ROWS (use water gallons, soup cans, or whatever objects you can find!)
  • 50 AB CRUNCHES
  • 1min JOG IN PLACE
  • (1min rest)

MAKE IT MORE ADVANCED:

  • add additional reps for each exercise
  • increase jog in place time duration
  • decrease rest time duration
  • repeat the circuit
