onsistency is key; as is a great workout plan & proper supplementation.  Here is my guide to building the perfect “Bikini Booty”

Pre-Workout
1 Scoop of Hyde Cotton Candy
3 NO3 Drive Capsules

Intra-Workout
1 Scoop of Aminolinx Mango Passion Fruit to increase performance and keep my body hydrated.

Warm-up
Stretch, Stretch, Stretch!
It’s the number one thing I do before any lift, especially leg/glutes. It’s very important to get the blood flowing!!

Training routine
I do this first exercise because I want to incorporate a good deep stretch and get the blood flowing through my legs

1.Smith machine vertical press – 5 sets of 15 reps
Increasing weight. I start with 90 and add increments of 90 as I go, which for me is only 270( three plates each side) emphasis on a good stretch

2.Kettle bell single leg deadlift (with the heaviest kettle I can find ) – 3 sets of 10 reps (each leg)
Superset 30+ kettle bell squat in between each set
*It’s important to not rest between this superset

3.Kettle bell straight leg deadlift – 3 sets of 20 reps

4.Single leg step up with 20lb dumb bells. Kick leg back at the top – 3 sets of 20 reps

5.Walking lunges 45lb bar on my back – 3 sets of 10 reps (each leg)

6.Weighted hip thrust with 70lb bar – 3 sets of 15 reps
*Make sure to squeeze at the top

7.Finish with plie squat with 45lb dumbbell – 3 sets of 15 reps
*Really concentrate and squeeze at the top

Post-Workout
1 Scoop of PS Isolate Vanilla
1 Scoop of Glutamine 300
