Starbucks can be your one-stop-shop to get caffeinated and grab a healthy meal. With options like egg white bits, egg white spinach wraps, and light protein boxes, you can always make a healthy choice at Starbucks.
And if all else fails there is always 7-Eleven. With options like assorted nuts, hard boil eggs, and meat & cheese wraps, 7-Eleven will save you from going catabolic and withering down to nothing.
In reality, there is always a healthier option, unless you are standing in front of a CINNABON location. Then you may be screwed. It's always easier to plan ahead and meal prep, but know that there are some places that will cater to your needs just in case life happens.
