Sunday morning breakfast just got a whole lot healthier!


  • 1/4 scoop
  • 1/4 tsp butter
  • 3 tbsp fat-free milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of bread (torn into pieces)

Optional Toppings or Add-ins:

  • sugar-free syrup
  • berries
  • sliced bananas
  • nuts
  • powdered sugar
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate chips


  1. Place the butter in a large microwave safe mug and microwave for 10-20 seconds, or until it is melted.
  2. Add the milk, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and the egg to the mug and whisk until everything is well mixed.
  3. Add the bread pieces to the mug and gently stir until all the pieces are saturated with the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Microwave the mug for 60-90 seconds, or until the mixture is solid.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
