We all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But sometimes with our hectic schedules we are rushing to get to school, to work, or just don’t feel like making anything! This is why overnight oats are the perfect meal! You prep them at night before you go to bed and VIOLA! You wake up with a meal ready to grab and go!
- 80g of quick oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 Dannon LightnFit Toasted Coconut greek yogurt
- 1 scoop ProSupps Vanilla TC-F Isolate
- Place oats in jar (or container)
- Add enough water to cover oats
- Add in yogurt and mix well
- Place in refrigerator over night
- In morning mix in protein powder, chia seeds and your favorite fresh fruit. Enjoy!
