Ingredient list:
-1 scoop of Chocolate Fudge Cake
-1 TBSP of smooth peanut butter
-150 of vanilla greek yogurt
-1 scoop of Glutamine
-1 TBSP of sugar free chocolate syrup

Mix in blender for 10-15 seconds.
