Protein French Toast
–220g liquid egg whites
–1 scoop PS Whey® protein
–Cinnamon and vanilla extract to taste
–4 slices whole wheat bread
–Sugar Free Maple Syrup
–Fruit, Low-Fat Whipped Cream, nuts or other toppings of your choosing
- Combine dipping mixture ingredients in a wide shallow dish and mix well.
- Place slice of bread in dish to soak up the mixture, repeat on flip side.
- Coat pan lightly with cooking spray
- Heat pan to medium high heat
- Cook 2-4 min each side
