MugCakes are an awesome alternative and super easy!
- 1 scoop PS Whey Chocolate Fudge Cake
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2tbs water
- Mix everything in a coffee mug till it is cake batter consistency
- Microwave 1 minute
Top with whatever you want… my choices are…
- 32g nuts’nmore White Chocolate Peanut Butter
- 14g MyOatmeal.com Vanilla Frosting PB lean
- 1 fiber one chocolate brownie
