Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Donuts Recipe - ProSupps Kitchen Corner

Pumpkin season is upon us and nothing like a yummy pumpkin flavored treat to sweeten our day! Surely just one donut wouldn’t hurt my diet, would it? No need to worry! These yummy treats are high in protein, high in fiber and very low on fat!


  • 122g 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 tbs Coconut Flour
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Xylitol or sweetener of choice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Xanthan Gum
  • 1 container (6oz) Yoplait Fat Free yogurt (I used pumpkin pie flavor)


  • 1 Scoop PS Whey Vanilla Protein
  • 4g Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 tsp Xylitol or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum


  • Preheat oven to 350*
  • Mix ingredients in blender or with mixer
  • Get nonstick donut tray. Be careful not to over fill tray or you won’t have the donut hole
  • Bake for 25 mins
  • Once done place on wire rack and drizzle with glaze


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and add water slowly.  Mix it until it becomes a glaze
