As most competitors know, being consistent and adhering strictly to your dietary needs, is absolutely necessary which sometimes makes it the most difficult part of prep. Not only do we spend hours in the gym, but we can spend just as much time in the kitchen as well. These factors alone can make prep difficult, but what happens when you add constant traveling and being on the road into the mix? How do you not only stay consistent, but motivated? Here is a look into my daily routine with being on the road and prepping, which hopefully can show you that you can achieve your goals no matter the difficulties that life might throw your way.
