Earn yourself some extra calories before your Turkey Day feast with this high-intensity 30 minute total body conditioning workout starring IFBB Pro Allison Frahn and NPC national competitor Steph Rowe. You (and your turkey) will be smoked!!!!

Turkey Day Gut Buster:
30min Total Body conditioning workout

Circuit #1. Repeat 4 times.

  • 1a) Battle Ropes - 20 seconds
  • 1b) Renegade Rows - 20 seconds

No rest between exercise a) and b). 30 sec rest after each circuit.

Circuit #2. Repeat 4 times.

  • 2a) Box Jumps - 20 seconds
  • 2b) Power Pushups - 20 seconds

No rest between exercise a) and b). 30 sec rest after each circuit.

Circuit #3. Repeat 4 times.

  • 3a) Burpees - 20 seconds
  • 3b) Dragon Flags - 20 seconds

No rest between exercise a) and b). 30 sec rest after each circuit.

Circuit #4. Repeat 4 times.

  • 4a) Jump Rope - 20 seconds
  • 4b) Push Press - 20 seconds

No rest between exercise a) and b). 30 sec rest after each circuit.

Circuit #5. Repeat 4 times.

  • 5a) Split Jump Lunges - 20 seconds
  • 5b) Pull-ups - 20 seconds

No rest between exercise a) and b). 30 sec rest after each circuit.
