HYDE® is a true ONE SCOOP pre-workout. This means it takes just one scoop to give you the full experience and full dose of each ingredient. 30 servings per bottle really means 30 workouts powered by HYDE®.
You can stack HYDE® with HYDE® Max Pump for maximum blood flow & pumps, or with your favorite pump product. Do not stack HYDE® with any other products containing caffeine or other stimulants.
All you need is one scoop. Do not exceed one scoop in a 24-hour period. We also recommend accessing your tolerance by taking half scoop the first time.

SUGGESTED USE: DO NOT EXCEED ONE SERVING IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. Mix 1 scoop of HYDE® with 6oz of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. HYDE® is for advanced exercise and supplement users only. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products with caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE®.

Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and occasional rapid heartbeat. Immediately discontinue use and consult a qualified medical professional if you experience any adverse effects. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
