How it Works

PLANT PERFORM: Pre Training Nutrients
SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 serving of Plant Perform in 10-12oz of cold water (adjust for taste and consistency) and mix thoroughly.

HYDE Xtreme RTD:
SUGGESTED: To assess your tolerance, take ½ bottle 30 minutes prior to exercise. Once your tolerance has been assessed, drink one bottle 30 minutes prior to exercise.

HydroBCAA + EAA: Intra Workout Hydration
SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 scoop of HydroBCAA® +EAA with 8-10 fluid oz. of cold water. HydroBCAA® +EAA can be consumed prior to training, during training and after training for maximum efficacy.

PLANT PERFORM: Post Workout Replenish Nutrients
SUGGESTED USE: Mix 1 serving of Plant Perform in 10-12oz of cold water (adjust for taste and consistency) and mix thoroughly.
