SUGGESTED USE:
HydroBCAA +Endurance: Mix 1 scoop of HydroBCAA +Endurance with 8-10 fluid oz. of cold water and consume during or after training for maximum muscle recovery and development.†
HYDE Nightmare: To assess tolerance, mix 1/2 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 4oz of cold water. Once tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 scoop of HYDE Nightmare with 6-8oz of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to intense training or competition. Do not consume HYDE Nightmare within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
CreaGEN: Mix 1 scoop of CreaGEN with 6-8oz of water. Consume prior to training, alone or stacked with your pre-workout. May also be consumed during or after training. For enhanced performance, advanced users may take up to 2 scoops.†
