If you are dissatisfied or feel there are quality issues with your purchase, please, hold onto the product, notate the lot#/Best By Date found on the container, and reach out to us via the contact information below so that we can work on the best solution for your situation.

Conditions for Returns

ProSupps may accept returns of product purchased directly from our website,, while following these conditions:

  • Returns within 30 days of original purchase will be considered.
  • Apparel must be received back by ProSupps unworn, unwashed, with all tags still in place and in new condition.
  • Consumables must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless there is a manufacturer defect to review.
  • Returns are only accepted for product purchased through We are unable to process returns for **3rd Party Retailer purchases.

**3rd Party Retailer is your point of purchase if not purchased at Please refer to the 3rd Party Retailer Return/ Exchange Policy supplied by them. Typically,3rd Party Retailers will consider reasonable requests with the purchase receipt and original product purchased, but consult their policy or place of business directly.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • products purchased by Third Party Retailers.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Regular priced products and products on sale may be refunded.
