Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ProSupps.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ProSupps.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ProSupps.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Conditions for Returns
ProSupps may accept returns of product purchased directly from our website, www.prosupps.com, while following these conditions:
- Returns within 30 days of original purchase will be considered.
- Apparel must be received back by ProSupps unworn, unwashed, with all tags still in place and in new condition.
- Consumables must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging unless there is a manufacturer defect to review.
- Returns are only accepted for product purchased through www.prosupps.com. We are unable to process returns for **Third-Party Retailer purchases.
**Third-Party Retailer is your point of purchase if not purchased at www.prosupps.com. Please refer to the Third-Party Retailer Return/ Exchange Policy supplied by them. Typically, Third-Party Retailers will consider reasonable requests with the purchase receipt and original product purchased, but consult their policy or place of business directly.
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- products purchased by Third-Party Retailers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Regular priced products and products on sale may be refunded.
