HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS AND COMPETING?
After college football was done with and I graduated I wanted something to work towards like a goal just so I wasn’t in the gym just lifting weights because all my life I have trained for events so why not continue it. In January I decided I was going to compete in men’s physique and April 12th of this year was my first show and I fell in love with it.
HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR SOCIAL LIFE AND FITNESS LIFE?
I think over the past year my social life and my fitness life have combined into one because training for shows you surround yourself with positive people on the same track as you with the same vision. Fitness is my life and I surround myself with people that are like minded in one way or another so I’ve been blessed to have the two intertwined.
