HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS AND COMPETING?
Being a former NCAA athlete and competitive all my life. Competing was introduced to me by one of my clients. It was great ! It allowed me to continue to be competitive and train as an athlete like I was accustom too.
HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR SOCIAL LIFE AND FITNESS LIFE?
I believe creating a positive balance between the two is very important. Allowing yourself to enjoy the social life and outings while keeping in mind that you have fitness gold you’re looking to achieve. Setting up one day throughout every few weeks where you can reconnect with your social circles.
WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
I believe we are all role models and someone out there is looking at us as motivation. From beginners to experienced.
