HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS AND COMPETING?
I’ve always been a very active person, so lifting weights has always been a part of my life, but nothing to the extent of maintaining the lifestyle of an athlete. I met my mentor & coach, Diego Botasso, “TeamEFT1″ at the Gym where I workout. He approached me and asked if competing has ever crossed my mind. I researched more about it and I loved the idea. He warned me once I competed would become an addiction, and sure thing, I love being on stage and prepping to succeed. I can’t thank him enough for introducing me to this sport and guiding me through this amazing journey which I believe is just the beginning of my future as an athlete.
HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR SOCIAL LIFE AND FITNESS LIFE?
I don’t go out much since my social life consist mostly of fitness related activities. I enjoy waking up early and having energy to have a productive day.
