WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT SPORTS/HOBBIES?
No road is without bump, but we never stop.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 GOALS FOR THE FUTURE?

  1. To get placings that I want on stage.
  2. To have my products as well as ones I'm endorsed with known and accepted by more people.
  3. To increase the influence I have on people, and have a contribution in making more people understand and accept bodybuilding.

WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
Lol, well I'm actually very easy-going. A lot of people probably think I'm an uptight and serious person due to my physique, but in reality, I am actually a really casual guy.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS AND COMPETING?
It started off with me listening to Jay Chou's music, and I saw that Jay Chou had abs which is something I really wanted, and it all just kind of took off from there. Then I saw Arnold, and I decided that this is what I wanted and is something I'm willing to work hard for.

HOW DO YOU BALANCE YOUR SOCIAL LIFE AND FITNESS LIFE?
I reckon being a bodybuilding athlete doesn't mean your life needs to be like a monk; we need to know how to enjoy life. We put in 120% effort in our training, but other times we also need to know to love ourselves, have some nice food, listen to music and watch movies and stuff, and not live a life of a monk. I think this misconception is also why a lot of people cannot accept bodybuilding. What I want to do is show people that a bodybuilding athlete can also have an exciting life. We train hard, but we also enjoy life.

WHO DO YOU LOOK UP TO IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
I really respect Jay Cutler, not just because he excels in his training, but also him as a person, his attitude towards his fans and just how humble he is.

HOW DID YOU FIRST HEAR ABOUT PROSUPPS AND WHY DID YOU JOIN THE TEAM?
ProSupps has a positive reputation and strong influence in China with a bright future. The brand is fresh but modern and is well-accepted. Its characteristics perfectly fit with me.
