The “gym” can be a field, a track, a ring, a studio… it’s the place where you put your head down and push your body past its limits. YOU truly enjoy grueling workouts, feeling like YOU can’t possibly do another rep, or maybe, just maybe, YOU are proud that YOU went so hard during a workout that YOU puked and rallied. Training at an optimal level means we are fueling our bodies with the necessary components to continue striving towards our goal.
