It wasn’t an accident that T.J. Humphreys and Art Atwood met each other at the Arnold Classic in 2005.  It was during that initial visit that a friendship and partnership were born.  T.J. Humphreys, the former President and co-owner of Lone Star Distribution, began working with Art and Professional Supplements as a distributor, while Art coached T.J. in his bodybuilding endeavors, first at the 2005 USA’s and then at the 2006 Nationals.  Both personally and professionally, the pair grew their relationship and their business endeavors side by side for many years.

T.J. Humphreys has been in the Sports Nutrition industry for nearly a decade. Starting with Lone Star Distribution in 2003, T.J. aggressively grew that business by opening three additional warehouses over the course of 7 years, with annual revenues that topped $65 million.  Over those 7 years, T.J. built strong partnerships with retailers and consumers across the country.  Now, captaining his own product line, T.J. is eager to take the knowledge and experience he has amassed over the years to take ProSupps to new heights.

T.J. has been prominently featured in numerous publications, gracing the cover of Muscle and Fitness three times, as well as Status Fitness and was the featured cover model for Muscle and Fitness’s Supplement Guide.  T.J. was also a sponsored Prolab athlete for three years, with ads running in FLEX, Muscle and Fitness, Ironman Magazine and Bodybuilding.com.  T.J.’s images have been prominently displayed in retail stores both domestically and internationally.

T.J. Humphreys is married to his beautiful wife Nikki, and has three children, Teagan, Payton and Braxton.
