I use a half a scoop or a full scoop in every one of my drinks. I always mix it with my pre-workout. The 90 serving container is definitely worth the price!

Customer service, speed of shipping is excellent. I do not like the fruit punch flavor. Thought I was ordering the watermelon in a 90 serving size.
