How can I become a retailer or distributor of ProSupps? Can I get a bulk order quote?

Why is X product not available in my area?
While we strive to offer the full array of ProSupps items throughout all corners of the globe, sometimes we cannot reach everyone everywhere. If you are seeking a specific product that you cannot find, please see our personal store, Amazon, one of our national retail partners, or if you are international, iHerb. If you still cannot find an item, it is likely we have a temporary out of stock. Please reach out to email@example.com with your product request and we will try to update you when your favorite product will be available.
Are your products Vegan-friendly? Gluten free? Sugar free?

I am experiencing a Quality issue with my product, what should I do?
Let us make this right for you! If you are experiencing any quality issues, please send an email to us at email@example.com, and include pictures of your product, including the Lot# and expiration date that is located on the bottom of the bottle, and describe the problem you are experiencing. Please do not discard your product until we have completed our Quality review. Alternatively, call us at 1-888-575-7301 and leave us detailed message if we are unable to answer. We will respond within 24-48 hours and get you taken care of.
Where is my order?
Allow us to help you find it! First, please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, and another 3-5 days to get that item to your doorstep. If we have provided you an order confirmation and a tracking number, and you are still unable to locate your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Include your name and order number (if applicable) in the heading, and list your specific request in the body of the email. We will get you the information you need in 24 to 48 hours. During high volume times, processing and shipping can be increased by a day or two. Note – shipping does not include weekends.
Where can I get samples to try?
We are working to implement samples as part of our offering; however, we are not offering samples currently. While we work to get that set up for you, if there are any products you wish to try and buy, know we offer a credit back on anything that does not meet your full expectation. How do I know if my product is authentic?
We will gladly verify the authenticity of your product. Please email email@example.com and include pictures of your product's label as well as the Lot# and Expiration Date located on the bottom of the tub. We will reply within 24-48 hours.
