All orders are processed within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Estimate 3- 5 business days for shipping.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is our shipping table:

Domestic United States

  • Flat Rate shipping - $7.95
  • Orders over $49 ship FREE*

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $60.00

Puerto Rico

  • Flat Rate Shipping - $60.00

*Free shipping does not apply to orders containing Hyde Energy Carbonated 12ct. Due to the additional weight, a shipping charge of $10.00 is applied to the first case and $5.00 for each additional case.

The Free Shipping Weekend promotion only applies to shipping in the domestic United States. Standard shipping rates still apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Refunds

Refund Policy
At ProSupps we strive to provide you with best-in-class products by sourcing quality ingredients and following Gold Standard processes. Therefore, our products are offered with a 30-day money back guarantee. Buy any product, and if for any reason you are not satisfied after two weeks of use, Contact Us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • You must return the product to us to receive your refund.
  • Apparel products must be returned within 7-days and cannot be worn or used.
  • Must be purchased and have proof of purchase to qualify for return/money back guarantee.
  • All product returns require approval from our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of product.
  • Upon receipt of returned product will refund the purchase amount.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
    • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise (style or color), you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
  • We are unable to exchange any ordered product for a different product (style or color).

If you purchased one of our products form a third-party retailer (like GNC, Vitamin, Shoppe, or other specialty store), please refer to their terms and conditions to process your request. Typically, Third-Party Retailers will consider reasonable requests with a purchase receipt and original product purchased but consult their policy or place of business directly.
