We are seeking a customer service specialist to support our growing business. Your main responsibility will be handling all consumer facing inbound communications and requests through social media outlets, phone, and email. The Specialist will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding our organization’s products or services.

When we started ProSupps, we were a small group of individuals, groomed by the iron, that were tired of sports nutrition products built by people behind desks. We believed we could do better by building best-in-class supplements for bodybuilders, performance athletes, and fitness fanatics. And we delivered. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to senior management.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls where required.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of complaints, and actions taken.
  • Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Sustains comprehensive familiarity of all company products.
  • Other duties as assigned
